My Mission…

is to make you a better and safer diver. This requires knowledge, training, and adopting the right mental & emotional mindset. I’ll guide you through all of it. 

I offer Freediving Classes in Boise, Idaho, but I can travel to you if you have a group.

Safety is paramount to all of this. I will teach you to become aware of and mitigate the risks so you can focus on the amazing benefits of freediving.

Besides freediving, I also specialize in Water Polo, Swimming, Snorkeling, and other general water skills and knowledge.

I am also an Advanced Cicerone®, and have expertise in utilizing all your senses to enjoy an experience.

I plan to offer more advanced and specialty classes, diving and spearfishing trips, and retreats that incorporate diving, breathwork and sensory (think beer and food pairing) to help you slow down, renew a positive perspective and learn how to thrive despite the challenges of life.
